Over the past week, progress has been made on the roofing, to the degree that the tarps are down and the buckets have moved on to other purposes.

No tarps

The weather was nice enough that the windows could be opened to air out the place.

To get to that point, the roofers sprayed on the membrane, like last time. Here’s a more detailed description of how the product is installed.

One of the benefits of this system is that all the gear and product is on the ground.

That saves on the hassle and $’s of lugging everything up, either the roof ladder or over the side of the building.

Today, they came back to finish the white top coat.
