Another use for the Pipe Light

Along with friend, Glenda, we hosted a ‘Meet Mayoral Candidate Lyda Krewson’ at the BAB this week. We took a big chance on the weather and invited 100 folks to gather on our unheated second floor, in February. After a tornado watch, a severe thunderstorm warning and some hail, the weather cleared and it was a very pleasant evening. Between 30 and 40 folks stopped by.

Tom’s Pipe Light worked perfectly for our appetizer and drinks table.

The photo makes it look more like a séance than a community meeting.

I’ve enjoyed learning more about the candidates this year, hearing their ideas about improving our city and getting involved in the process. It was fun to share an evening in the BAB with friends, neighbors and new acquaintances. And, Tom’s Pipe Light, once again, provided light and atmosphere to the occasion!

Thanks for sending the pictures and sharing your wonderful event. Looked like a good time. Tom, your lights made a lovely table. So proud of everything you do. Would like to look into your brain to see how you always know what to do and how to solve problems. You are so talented. Also, hope your toe is coming along well. So, Sue, any political aspirations in your future? I am always amazed at all your varied interests. You and Tom are a great pair. Have a good night. 💕 you. xxoo
